Just purchased an 2002 31 PC on Friday

I have been around boats all my life and I am retired Navy. However, this is my first boat I OWN outright. I basically grew up on boats and I am looking forward to getting back in the saddle, per se.

I really like the layout of the 31 PC and although I can't afford a new one, this one is in good shape. A diamond in the rough, per se.

Upper Chesapeake. I will be keeping the boat at Aberdeen, although we hope to make many trips. It is still on the hard, I have one more round of pumping out old gas. Still need to bottom paint, paint the outdrive, clean the vinyl, put on new anodes, change the oil, change the seawater impellers, tune up the generator, replace the outdrive oil, fix the trim limit and sending units, replace the icemaker, fix two interior lights, order a cockpit cover, order camper canvans, install a new garmin, refinish the wood grained panels and replace all the rocker switch covers.

I am sure I am missing something, but there is still much work to be done.
