I've towed my 370ss with a number of different trucks. From 3/4 tons to a Freightliner Sportchassis.
Last weekend, I used a 2011 Ram 3500 Dually with the cummins. It towed the boat excellent. Power was decent, I was getting about 9.3 MPG at 60 MPH for the first 275 miles. I hit the hill heading to San Diego, it's a long 3000-4000' climb and fuel avg dropped to the 7.2 mpg.
The boat was well controlled and I would not hesitate to make the Dodge my full time towing truck, will probably do that early next year. It did a lot better than my 06 LBZ Chevy dually did. The mirrors on the Ram flip out further than the extending mirrors of the Chevy.
So if you're looking, I highly recommend the 3500 Ram Cummins powered.
