You may want to try nautley davits, I just installed a set on my 40PC and love them. inexpensive compared to lifts, yet you do ot need ot remove motor like weaver davits.

I have seawise davits on my boat. They were on it when I bought it. They are quite pricey from what I have heard but I absolutely love them!! You simply click on to the two brackets on the back of swimgrid, connect the cable to hook on top of dingy transom plate, and then crank it up. (unless you're totally spoiled and have motorized version) The motor stays level and comes up and locks into place. NEVER moves and is rock solid. Plus it gave me a bbq mount!!
