death by a thousand cuts

[COLOR=var(--primary-text)]experiencing death by a thousand cuts with my Formula 330 CBR. 2 problems I am looking for some help on.
1st problem is that i keep getting a starboard engine critical over temp motor is on limp mode. gauges say temps are both the same. bought a new temp sensor and it didn't make any difference. I checked the exhaust manifolds with a temp gun and it shows port side of starboard engines is quite a bit hotter than the others. took off the hoses and ran water through and it all looked good. Any ideas?

2nd my steering on starboard side just through a steering critical code. the steering feels like it is air bound. it is pulsating and it seems like starboard side is not turning.

I need to add that the port engine alternator stopped working and I replaced that today and was hoping this was all because of low voltage. It was very windy today and didn't want to chance going out. I do know the steering is still pulsating and never ran it long enough to throw a high temp code.

any help or advice would be welcome.
