anchor locker drain still blocked, need help

On an earlier post I listed the steps I took to unclog the drain including stiff wire, shop vac, garden hose, air compressor- no luck.

Before I bring out the Sawzall I thought i might ask for suggestions for removing whatever needs to be removed in order to get to the blocked tubing. Pic included of port side.

Split, what tool should I use to access the front panel with the speakers?: I'm thinking gently prying it with a Wonderbar?

Your Pace, I have seen that thread and have tried all those methods. I am afraid I gotta do surgery in the cabin!
