I have the same boat and would love to do this, How hard was it to run the new lines.
Do you have any model numbers for parts and what was the cost to do this.

Thanks in advance.

HI Sparkey,

Not too difficult getting the Hydraulic lines to the helm. You will need two people. I did not use SeaStar Hydraulic hoses or fittings. They looked flimsy. I used Moreland Hose in Oakdale, NY to Custom make mine. The only reason why i upgraded the steering is because i already purchased Garmin Autopilot. SeaStar Components were purchased from WJM Marine for $1300, Custom Hoses/SS Fittings $1K, Garmin Smartpump $4K, Isotta Steering Wheel $500. This is a good way to get rid of some $$$.
SeaStar Components for Bravo3: Steering Cylinder HC5328-3, Sport/Tilt Helm HH6191, Orb Kit (Didnt use) HF6007, Fluid HA5430H

I know this is an older thread. Do you remember if there was any interference issues when installing the hydraulic helm? Was there plenty of room for it?
No way to use the OEM steering wheel with the hydraulic helm?
