Looking at my first formula 1999 40 PC Cummins 450 straight drives, anything I should be mindful of with this model?
 
You can't go wrong with a Formula. Sounds like you are looking at a 41 PC which was a great boat. I' sure some owners will chime in. Get a good survey good luck.
