So I think they take G4 bulbs but any idea on the covers or if you can swap out the whole fixture? I'm missing bulbs and covers.

So this panel is located under the throttle on my 88 242LS but I can't seem to figure out how to open it without breaking something. Is there a special way this is supposed to open? Looks like a fuse panel or access panel to the throttle cables etc I'm guessing.

Got some pictures of it. Looks like it's all there. Seems though like it's missing a bracket in the top left to keep the bar from sliding over or over rotating when all the way closed.
