After 12 years my carpeting is shot. I am looking at Amtico floors. Has anyone removed the carpeting and put down flooring? I am wondering how rough the floor will be after the carpeting comes up. Any input would be appreciated. I can’t decide if I should attempt this or just get new carpeting.

Well its time after 12 years to break down engines. All engine coolers will be sent out next week to be cleaned out. Has anyone done this service? Engines have 1200 excellent running hours on them with just basic maintance on them. We will see how it goes.

Just went to my boat today and found that someone stole my garmin 7612. Does anybody have any recommendations for a boat alarm. I don't have any internet service so it would have to be a basic motion sensor alarm.

I was cruising today and radio was working fine. A while later I realized I was receiving but not able to transmit. I checked antenna and radio connections all was good. Glad I carry a handheld in my ditch bag. Any ideas what could be wrong?

How often do you change engine zincs? I find that the oil cooler zincs need to be replaced every 6 months.The rest of them can go almost a year.
